Sad to say...this one is a BIG urban legend. NEVER in a million years will any college, traditionally African or otherwise pay for a black man's education totally. I saw this and said...let me get my nephew involved in this...so I called. Yep, it's a myth, as the automated response immediately points out. There are many countries around the globe, mostly asian and european that pay for college for their citizens....It's not a shock to me, but don't ya think it's ironic that the U.S. doesn't nor do most African nations. I remember when California state colleges offered free tuition to residents. Suddenly it's a thing of the past!
